Return Policy

At Rolling Greens we understand that on occasion our customers may need to make changes to their purchases. Returns will be issued as store credit only.

Special Orders

Special ordered items in sizes, colors, quantities, styles, or varieties not normally stocked may not be returned. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their needs before placing special orders. Please note that all special orders require pre-payment prior to ordering, and are final sales, no returns or exchanges.


Blooming Plants + Green Plants

Seasonal color (Interior & Exterior) has a limited blooming period. Because of this, returns must only be made by the end of the following business day. 


Containers, Accessories, & Furniture

 Containers and accessories in “non-altered” condition may be returned within 5 business days of purchase. Any product that was altered in store by special request of the customer may not be returned.


Holiday, Seasonal, & Sale Items

All sales are final, no exchanges or store credit.

**We reserve the right to make the final judgment as to the appropriateness of a return.



Rolling Greens has a no-charge memo service on containers and accessories to assist our customers with presentation needs. In addition, we are happy to provide photography and tear sheets when available. (Please see memo agreement for complete details).

Vehicle Loading

We are happy to assist in loading purchases into vehicles. It is important that customers review their invoices or make sure that they have received all items purchased. In addition, customers should inspect the manner in which the items are loaded before leaving the nursery. Rolling Greens will not be responsible for damaged or broken items once the customer has left the nursery. It is our mission to ensure that our customers are completely happy with their Rolling Greens purchases and it is our sincere hope that our customers will utilize good judgment and a spirit of fairness before requesting to return purchases.
