Returns & Exchanges
At Rolling Greens we strive to provide the best quality plants for all of our customers. If the plant you have purchased was damaged or infested prior to you bringing it home, we are happy to exchange the plant at no cost to you. However, plants are living things and do require proper care, therefore our sales associates will determine the cause of the wilting plant on a case by case basis. For all blooming plants, returns and exchanges must be made by the end of the following business day. For all other plants, returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. At the time of purchase, it is the client’s responsibility to inspect for damages on the product prior to leaving the store. If your product was delivered to you, it is also the client’s responsibility to inspect for any damages prior to signing the delivery acknowledgment form. For all damage claims submitted after the close of a sale or completion of a delivery, returns and exchanges are not accepted.
All holiday, seasonal, and sale items are final purchases. No exchanges or returns are accepted.
Refunds can take 5-10 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please reach out to customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to sort this out for you.
Faux potted means the nursery grow pot is placed inside the container, not directly planted. Supplies are usually used in faux potting, which includes but are not limited to plastic liners, foam bricks to prop the plant up, and sheet moss.
Our fiberclay containers come with a standard drainage hole as the container itself is made of a porous material. This means that if water accumulates in the container, the water will seep through the material and show on the exterior surface.
The fibercement containers do not come with standard drainage holes.
Live plants often have variations in color, height, and size. We try our best to select plants that look as similar as possible to the ones photographed, however, slight variations can occur.
Depending on the lighting at the time of photographing, and each computer screen’s color display setting, the colors of the containers shown on our website may vary in person.
A delivery dispatch coordinator will reach out within 24 hours of purchase to schedule a delivery time window. From time of order to delivery, the average time is about a week or less. We currently only offer local delivery within Los Angeles County. For the safety of our employees, all deliveries are contactless at this time.
If you’d like to be present at the time of delivery, you may reschedule your delivery with us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time window. If you prefer an unattended delivery instead, please send us an email and we will notify our drivers. Please email email@example.com for further assistance.
