The Arrangement Bar

Located in all Rolling Greens retail stores, our Arrangement Bar is where we produce custom plantdesigns, both real and faux.

Our Arrangement Bar Baristas are incredibly talented plant designers trained to incorporate imagination and creativity into every piece, regardless of size or quantity! They’ll use combinations of succulents, orchids and exquisite green plants to make beautiful works of art for your home.

No, there’s no appointment required for our Arrangement Bar. Simply drop in at your convenience!  

If you’re traveling a long distance to visit one of our stores, or if you have a lot to discuss, appointments are highly encouraged, as we serve customers on a first-come, first-serve basis.  

STEP 1: CHOOSE. Pick a vessel from our vast collection or bring your own from home. Work with one of our talented Baristas to select your plant material, whether it's live or faux. 

STEP 2: DESIGN. Collaborate with your Barista to create an arrangement that aligns with your unique vision and aesthetic... or let your Barista take the wheel and suggest a design that goes with your space. 

STEP 3: PLANT. Your Barista may be able to plant the arrangement while you shop, or we can arrange a delivery or pick up time. And of course, we will send you home with care instructions.

We try to keep the wait for any given arrangement to a minimum, as we know how eager you’ll be to get it home! We strive to complete projects within 24 hours as long as we have all the components necessary.    

For an “on-the-spot” arrangement, if we have the plants, the container and time in the queue, we are more than happy to work on it while you shop. Generally, an arrangement takes 30-60 minutes to complete.     

Planting a single plant into the container of your choice, however, can always be done immediately and takes just a few minutes! 

Yes! Each Rolling Greens store has several tables of pre-built arrangements. These “Grab-and-Go" Arrangements are offered in many different sizes, plant combinations and price points.  

Absolutely! We love to bring new life to existing vessels.

You sure can! Our Baristas are happy to refresh your arrangement for you. Simply pay for the cost of the materials, plus a small labor fee.

If you’re creative and have experience with scale and design, the A.Bar could be the perfect place for you to work! We’d love to meet you, so please fill out an application on our website.

Learn + Grow Workshops

Our Learn & Grow Workshops are intimate, therapeutic and hands-on experiences where you have the chance to be creative and escape the everyday! 

In our public workshops, hosted at our retail locations, you'll join a group of 8-18 participants to craft a botanical masterpiece led by our skilled baristas. These workshops occur at least once a month, with the type of arrangement changing each month. 

For more personalized gatherings such as bridal showers, baby showers, birthdays, corporate events, or team-building, our private workshops cater to groups of 6 or more. Enjoy the same hands-on experience with the flexibility to choose your preferred project!

Our mini workshops are open sessions where you can drop in at the Arrangement Bar during the specified time frame at your convenience, and one of our baristas will be there ready to guide you through creating the project. We find most people finish their projects at our mini workshops within 20-30 minutes, though you can stay as long as it takes to complete yours!  

Our regular workshops are more structured experiences where you’ll be in a group of 10-15 people creating a larger, more complex project together with the guidance of one of our baristas. These sessions are typically 2 hours. 

Yes! Your ticket cost includes everything you need to create the arrangement that you’ll take home after. 

Your ticket includes a same-day 10% retail discount, so go for it! Simply give your name at the register before or after the workshop to redeem.

Due to limited seats and space, our workshops provide an exclusive experience and offer additional amenities like wine, food and more. To ensure each guest enjoys the full workshop experience, we require that each participant purchases their own ticket, even if collaborating on the same arrangement. We do make an exception for adults co-creating with children aged 6-12 years old.

We welcome participants aged 14 and over to our workshops! Children under 6 are not allowed, as we use tools that could pose a safety risk to younger attendees.

All workshop tickets are non-refundable. In the event that you are unable to attend, you may be able to transfer your ticket to another individual. Please contact marketing@rg-ca.com with your order information and the name and email address of the person you'd like to transfer the ticket to.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At Rolling Greens we strive to provide the best quality plants for all of our customers. If the plant you have purchased was damaged or infested prior to you bringing it home, we are happy to exchange the plant at no cost to you. However, plants are living things and do require proper care, therefore our sales associates will determine the cause of the wilting plant on a case by case basis. For all blooming plants, returns and exchanges must be made by the end of the following business day. For all other plants, returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of purchase. At the time of purchase, it is the client’s responsibility to inspect for damages on the product prior to leaving the store. If your product was delivered to you, it is also the client’s responsibility to inspect for any damages prior to signing the delivery acknowledgment form. For all damage claims submitted after the close of a sale or completion of a delivery, returns and exchanges are not accepted.

All holiday, seasonal, and sale items are final purchases. No exchanges or returns are accepted.

Refunds can take 5-10 business days to show in your account, depending on your bank. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please reach out to customer service atonlinesupport@rg-ca.comand we will be happy to sort this out for you.

Faux potted means the nursery grow pot is placed inside the container and not directly planted. Supplies are usually used in faux potting, which includes but are not limited to plastic liners, foam bricks to prop the plant up, and sheet moss.

Our fiberclay containers come with a standard drainage hole as the container itself is made of a porous material. This means that if water accumulates in the container, the water will seep through the material and show on the exterior surface.

The fibercement containers do not come with standard drainage holes.

Live plants often have variations in color, height, and size. We try our best to select plants that look as similar as possible to the ones photographed, however, slight variations can occur.

Depending on the lighting at the time of photographing, and each computer screen’s color display setting, the colors of the containers shown on our website may vary in person.

DELIVERIES

If your shipping address is close enough to our delivery radius, we may be able to still fulfill your order as a local delivery. Please contact onlinesupport@rg-ca.com and we will determine on a case by case basis. 

At Rolling Greens, we strive to provide our customers with plants of the best quality. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee plants arriving in the best shape if shipped. Therefore, we do not currently offer shipping for any live plants or arrangements and instead only offer local deliveries within 25 miles of our OnMateo location. 

Our local deliveries are currently scheduled every week on Tuesdays and Fridays. From time of order to delivery, the average processing time is about a week or less. We currently only offer local delivery within 25 miles of our OnMateo location. For the safety of our employees, all deliveries are contactless at this time.

All of our online deliveries are door step drop off only at the moment. If you’d like to be present at the time of delivery, you may reschedule your delivery with us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time window. Please emailonlinesupport@rg-ca.comfor further assistance. For all deliveries scheduled in store, please contact the associated store directly to make any changed. 

All online orders are limited to doorstep drop off at the moment to protect our employees during this pandemic. If you require assistance of our drivers in bringing your order into your home, please contactonlinesupport@rg-ca.comfor further assistance.
