Set among the lush greens on the second floor of their Studio City store at the Shops at Sportsmen’s Lodge, Cosette is a hideaway that marries the Old-World charm of European wines with the laid-back atmosphere of Californian dining. The space embodies the signature sophistication and creativity that defines the Rolling Greens brand.

Cosette is a labor of love from within the Rolling Greens family. Founded by Sasha Hagenlock, daughter of Rolling Greens co-owner and founder Laurie Resnick. Hagenlock’s obsession with all things culinary began in childhood with the birth of food television and traveling throughout Europe. Her passion for food and drink flourished, leading her to become a private chef and later a sommelier, honing her skills at Napa Valley's top luxury resorts. Coming home and bringing Cosette to life under the Rolling Greens umbrella is a long-time dream of Hagenlock’s, fulfilled.

Cosette aspires to be a gathering place that blends sophistication with approachability, offering patrons a carefully curated selection of provisions sourced from dedicated winemakers, cheese mongers, butchers, and farmers. The food menu offers an array of traditional fare as well as more playful options like Celery Salad with Golden Raisins and Mint, and a Warm Crab Salad with Aioli and Leche de Tigre.
